The Central Georgia Joint Development Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants, having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience, to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022, and December 31, 2023 (see section 1.B. Term of Engagement). These audits are to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in this Request for Proposals.
The Middle Georgia Regional Commission is the managing agent for the Central Georgia Joint Development Authority. Both entities have issued separate Requests for Proposals for audit services. Management would like to utilize one qualified firm for both entities but reserves the right to select a separate firm for each entity; therefore, the qualified firm must place separate bids on each entity to be eligible for selection.
Proposals are due by April 21, 2021 (5pm EST).
